Breakfast by the pool was great. Kids enoyed the pool very much, but it closes very early in the Summer (19:40h). The bedroom was not very big but very confortable. Only consider this hotel if you are by car.
The staff person who first attended me didn't find my reservation and asked me three times if I was the driver of some excursion. She was so unfriendly that I asked for someone else. None of the people that I had the chance to interact speaks reasonable English.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and had a free parking lot, which was great for us because we arrived by car. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. We also enjoyed the pool area, which was spacious and well-maintained.
the decor was outdated, and the restaurant lacked atmosphere. we expected more from a hotel in this price range.

Lovely relaxing pool with facilities set in quiet grounds. Room was lovely and had excellent sleep
The welcome from staff was non existent and they all looked so miserable. Service was poor, always having to go in search of staff to serve in the bar or ask for a second coffee at breakfast. There was no information available on the locality or events. By chance, we discovered a festival was going on in the Sarzana while we were there. Bike are for hire but you only find that out because you can see a fleet of them in the car park - there is no info on hiring them or costs (20 euros/day each)! The transfer to the station did not exist either so if travelling without a car, prepare for the 14 euro taxi fare!

We had a great stay at this hotel! The VIP suites are amazing with spacious rooms, great AC, and reliable Wifi. The staff was fantastic, from the friendly reception to the welcoming pool attendants. The hotel is conveniently located close to a mall where we could get food or groceries easily.
Nothing that we didn't like.

The location was perfect to explore the region, with quick access to various towns. The room was spacious and clean, ideal for a romantic escape. The spa and swimming pool were very relaxing.
The breakfast was disappointing with a limited selection of food and unfriendly staff. The restaurant's menu was dull and lacked character. The reception staff did not make us feel welcome upon arrival, and we had to wait for our room for much longer than expected. Not the best experience for a romantic getaway.

We stayed in a hotel located conveniently close to public transport and the pretty town center. the surrounding restaurant area was nice. Our room was comfortable and clean, with adequate facilities. the staff were polite and helpful. There were many activities and historical places to visit nearby.
The breakfast spread was disappointing with limited options, especially for children.

the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel welcome right from the start. the room was perfect for two people, offering a comfortable stay for 2 to 3 nights. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's beautiful swimming pool and spacious garden, which provided a lovely spot to relax. the ground floor's open balcony overlooking the garden was a nice touch. the hotel's location on the outskirts of town ensured a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
